Phase 1 – Program Preparation. (1st Quarter of Grant Year)  The department will develop operational plans to implement the “best practice” strategies outlined in the objectives section.  All training needed to implement the program should be conducted this quarter.  All grant related purchases needed to implement the program should be made this quarter.  In order to develop/maintain the “Hot Sheets,” research will be conducted to identify the “worst of the worst” repeat DUI offenders with a suspended or revoked license as a result of DUI convictions. The Hot Sheets may include the driver’s name, last known address, DOB, description, current license status, and the number of times suspended or revoked for DUI. Hot Sheets should be updated and distributed to traffic and patrol officers at least monthly.  Implementation of the STEP grant activities will be accomplished by deploying personnel at high collision locations. Media Requirements  Issue a press release announcing the kick-off of the grant by November 15, but no earlier than October 1. If unable to meet the November 15 date, communicate reasons to your OTS Coordinator. The kick-off press releases and any related media advisories, alerts, and materials must be emailed for approval to the OTS Public Information Officer at xxx@xxx.xx.xxx, and copied to your OTS Coordinator, 14 days prior to the issuance date of the release.

  • Joint Preparation The preparation of this Agreement has been a joint effort of the parties and the resulting documents shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against one of the parties than the other.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas.   • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Proposal Preparation The contractor shall assume all costs associated with preparation of proposals for task order awards under the proposal process as an indirect charge (B&P costs). The Government will not reimburse awardees for proposals as a direct charge.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.
