Personal Xxxxx. Xxx may request a stop payment be placed on a personal check 24 hours a day, seven days a week, either online, using Teller 24e or by telephone using Audio Account Access. A stop payment may also be requested in person (check current lobby hours) or by calling Member Services during business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M. EST at 216.739.2300 or 800.828.6446. The stop payment will be effective if we receive it in time to act upon it and you provide the account number, check number and exact dollar amount. If you give us inaccurate information or if the stop payment order is not received in time for us to act upon it, we will not be liable to you or any other party for failing to stop payment. A stop payment request made online, by using Audio Account Access, or an oral stop payment request will expire in 14 days unless confirmed in writing within that time.The written stop payment order must be completed in its entirety including date, signature, account number, check number, reason for the stop and the exact dollar amount. A written stop payment order is in effect for 6 months. By requesting a stop payment order, you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless for all costs, including attorney fees, damages or claims related to our refusing to pay an item. Refer to current “Schedule of Services Charges” for Stop Payment charge. Bill Xxx.Xxx may change or cancel a scheduled one-time or recurring payment (a recurring payment is a payment we make regularly and automatically), any time prior to the cut- off time (currently 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday) on the scheduled process date by logging on to Bill Pay and making your changes.

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.

  • Personal Day All employees shall receive a personal day in each contract year. This personal day is in addition to the holidays listed in paragraph 3 above. The personal day shall be scheduled in accordance with the following provision: Employees may select such day off on five (5) days notice to the Employer provided such selection does not result in a reduction of employees in the building below 75% of the normal work staff. Such selection shall be made in accordance with seniority.

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Personal Harassment (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the right of employees to work in an environment free from personal harassment and agree that employees who engage in personal harassment may be disciplined.
