Card Access. Using your Card you can access your Credit Card Account and the 24 Hour Banking Accounts nominated for that purpose. When conducting a Contactless Purchase your Card will access your Credit Card Account.

Card Access. When you receive your card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) you may use the account(s) tied to your ATM card to conduct ATM transactions and with a Debit Card you may conduct ATM transactions and Point of Sale Transactions.

Card Access. If you receive a card with your Account or any Sub-Account (collectively, an “Account”), you acknowledge and agree that the funds accessible through use of the Card is limited to the available funds of your Account. The expiration date of the Card is identified on the Card. The Card is the property of Bank and must be surrendered upon demand. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR CARD OR CARD ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOST, STOLEN, ACCESSED, OR USED BY ANY UNAUTHORIZED PERSON. You may ask us to lock any Card, and we may take other actions we deem necessary to protect the security of your Card Account on our systems. Locking a Card may not prevent all unauthorized transactions and will not prevent transactions that have already been initiated. If your Card is lost or stolen or if you think someone else may be using your Card or Card Account without your permission, notify us immediately in the Platform App. We are not responsible for any losses you incur if anyone refuses to accept your Card for any reason. We may decline to authorize a transaction for any reason without liability to you. We are not responsible for any losses you incur if we do not authorize a transaction. We are not liable for any losses that may result when our Card and Card Account services are unavailable due to reasons beyond our control. In no event shall we be obligated to reissue a lost or stolen card.

Card Access. Subject to the fees and limitations set forth in this Agreement, you may use your Card or Card Number as applicable, to purchase goods or services wherever your Card is accepted, as long as you do not exceed your Available Balance. Your Card may only be used to purchase products or services allowed under Benefits Plan where Debit Mastercard®, Maestro®, or NYCE® cards are accepted. You may not use your Card for any online gambling, escort services, or any illegal transaction. You may not use your Card Number in connection with the creation and/or negotiation of any financial instruments, such as checks, which we have not authorized. Your Card cannot be used to obtain or redeemed for cash.
