Lobby Hours. All dorm lobbies close at 1:00 a.m. each morning. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Quiet hours are enforced in the lobby as well as throughout the dorm. Computer Stations The Xxxxxx Xxxx Lobby has six computer stations. These are for the use of Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Complex and South Site residents only. Academic work will take precedence over the use of the computers for games and non- academic activities. Please adhere to this policy. Any damage to the computers needs to be reported to the Residence Hall Director immediately. Any purposeful damage done to the computers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and OJC living privileges may be revoked. All computer use will cease at 1:00 a.m.

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Building Hours The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

  • Hours For the purposes of an unpaid 7.5-hour shift, the deduction from pay shall equate to 9.375 hours.

  • Work Hours Except in emergencies, the standard work week of full-time unit employees shall normally consist of five (5) days of eight (8) hours each, exclusive of lunch hour. Each employee shall be assigned regular starting and ending times, which shall not be changed without prior notice. Should an employee be required to work during his/her lunch hour, the length of such interruption shall be counted as time worked unless other arrangements are made with his/her supervisor.

  • Duty Hours 11.01 The regular work week for all employees shall be eighty (80) hours bi-weekly on shifts of eight (8) hours per day. Employees shall not be scheduled to work double shifts as a part of the normal scheduling procedure. The Employer may implement a forty (40) hour workweek on shifts of ten (10) hours per day, according to Departmental needs.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Minimum Hours In the event of an employee starting work in any day and being sent home before s/he has completed four (4) hours, s/he shall be paid for four (4) hours at the regular rate of pay. In the event that an employee reports for work but is sent home before commencing work, s/he shall be paid for two (2) hours at regular rates. No pay entitlement will apply if the employee is incapable of performing his/her duties.
