Services Charges. If we perform service work for you, which are not covered by any type of service contract, warranty or guarantee, we will mail you an invoice which shall cover both parts and labor, and you agree to pay it in full within thirty (30) days.
Services Charges. (a) Exhibits 1 through 5 (collectively, the “Exhibits”) attached to and made a part of this Agreement describe the services to be provided by Carrols to the Fiesta Group and by Fiesta to the Carrols Group (the “Services”). The Parties have previously mutually agreed in writing to the allocation methodology for the individual Services. The Parties have made a good faith effort as of the date hereof to identify each Service and to complete the content of the Exhibits accurately. It is anticipated that the Parties will modify the Services from time to time by written agreement among the Parties. In that case or to the extent that any Exhibit is incomplete, the Parties will use good faith efforts to modify the Exhibits.

STEPS OF ORCHARD INSTALLATION/Payment terms & conditions. ⮚ Farmer deposits 30% booking advances as 1st installment. ⮚ Farmer develops the land ,cutting old trees, tractorization etc-. ⮚ APPLE DOVE AGRO designs the orchard. ⮚ APPLE DOVE AGRO does the layout & calculates the approx. cost of the Project. ⮚ APPLE DOVE AGRO installs Trellis with drip on the Farmers field. ⮚ Farmer Deposits 30% after completion of Trellis, drip, wire etc. as 2nd installment. ⮚ Farmer mixes the vermi-compost with the soil required for the pit re-filling. ⮚ Farmer deposits 20% before plantation as 3rd installment. ⮚ APPLE DOVE AGRO along with Farmer plants the Trees. ⮚ Farmer deposits last 20% after plantation as 4th/ last installment. MORTALITY OF PLANTS: If the Mortality happens the company will replace the plants with 50% mortality under 1year.But, if the reason is due to mismanagement of the farmer then he has to bear it accordingly. VARIETAL ASSORTMENT The farmer has complete freedom to choose the variety. Both the parties agree to perform their roles as mentioned below:

Services Charges. Customer shall be invoiced monthly by reference to the applicable Babelway Price List. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and charges paid are non-refundable.
