Period of Notice prior to taking Annual Leave. One month’s written notice (or such other period as may be agreed) prior to commencement of annual leave shall be given by the Company or employee requesting leave. Less notice may be considered appropriate in extenuating circumstances. By the agreement of a majority of employees, the Company may prepare an annual leave roster for the taking of leave.
