Performance Management Meetings. SLA meetings will held to measure and monitor performance. Monthly Service Level meetings shall be held between the Service Provider and TPL at a national level to discuss matters that may arise regarding this SLA. Singed minutes of these meetings are to be attached to the monthly invoice form the Service Provider. The Parties shall be responsible for setting up this meeting and detailed record of resolution and actions agreed to at these meeting must be kept.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager.
