PERFORMANCE CAPABILITIES. The HON Company’s production, distribution and logistics network has the capacity to support hundreds of truckloads daily, seven days a week, shipped nationally and internationally. We have experience in coordinating major projects as well as delivering a single piece of furniture. Our dedicated Government Customer Support team has a solid foundation of government order characteristics and is available to both our Government end users and Authorized Dealers. Customer Support Project Coordinators are assigned to large orders to assist our Authorized Dealers throughout the life of a project. Our nationwide network of Authorized Dealers works directly with The HON Company and our End Users to manage an order from time of quote until delivery, inspection and acceptance. The HON Company and our Authorized Dealer’s commitment to our end users do not end when a project is complete. We are available throughout the life of the product to assist with replacement parts, warranty issues and all other product needs. The HON Company is a market leader in providing office furniture to the public sector. We place great value in our relationship with NASPO ValuePoint, the lead State of Utah and each of the States we have partnered with to execute a participating addendum. We look forward to completing the following marketing and implementation strategies upon award: Immediately upon execution of the Master Agreement, The HON Company Vice President of Public Sector Sales will reach out to the NASPO ValuePoint Supplier Development Director to prioritize marketing communications and participating addendum strategy. The HON Company will work with the lead state and NASPO ValuePoint to create a standard template for the Participating Addendum. In addition, HON’s Vice President of Public Sector Sales and our Senior Government Program Manager will reach out to each of the States identified within the RFP that have expressed an interest in participating. Within 30 days of award, The HON Company will partner with NASPO ValuePoint to develop marketing releases announcing the new contract award to our mutual customers and HON’s authorized dealers. Within 90 days of award, The HON Company will produce a NASPO ValuePoint brochure outlining benefits of the NASPO ValuePoint furniture contract, an overview of The HON Company and an assortment of our product offering.   • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the Comprehensive Performance Framework shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the Charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other factors when relevant.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”).
