Support network definition

Support network means the one or more individuals selected by a person or by the person and the person's guardian, if one has been appointed, to provide assistance and guidance to that person in understanding issues, making plans for the future, or making complex decisions.
Support network means anyone identified by the person served as a social, financial, and/ or emotional support. "Support network" may include friends, family, neighbors, church members, or home health care providers.
Support network means persons who provide consistent, recurrent, or ongoing care or support to the client, such as family members, doctors, care providers, or guardians.
