This contract conforms to the standard template and has been tailored for this solicitation. NAVFAC intends to use this template-based approach for future service contracts. The standard template contains 18 standard annexes. Annex 1 will always contain information that is relevant to the entire scope of the contract. Annex 2 contains on-site project management and administration requirements that are relevant to the entire scope of the contract. Annexes 3 through 18 contain the technical information and requirements peculiar to that technical annex. Within each technical annex, the organization of information and requirements are also standardized. Specification Item 1 will always contain General Information. Specification Item 2 will always contain the management and administrative requirements. Specification Item 3 will always contain the Recurring Work requirements. Specification Item 4 will always contain the Non-Recurring Work requirements. Requirements and standards for higher level specification items apply to all subordinate specification items, e.g., Specification Item 3 standards apply to all recurring work specification items. Specification Item 3.1 is applicable to all 3.1 subordinate specification items. Specification Items 3.2 and 3.3 are not considered subordinate to 3.1. All costs associated with Annexes 1 and 2 and Specification Items 1 and 2 must be priced and their price must be allocated across the Exhibit Line Items.

  • Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report A. In accordance with 5 NYCRR § 142.10, Contractor is required to report Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance to OGS during the term of the Contract for the preceding month’s activity, documenting progress made towards achievement of the Contract MWBE goals. OGS requests that all Contractors use the New York State Contract System (“NYSCS”) to report subcontractor and supplier payments made by Contractor to MWBEs performing work under the Contract. The NYSCS may be accessed at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
