Participation Right Sample Clauses

A Participation Right clause grants certain parties, often existing investors, the opportunity to participate in future financing rounds of a company. This right typically allows these parties to purchase additional shares or securities to maintain their proportional ownership when new equity is issued. By providing this option, the clause helps protect investors from dilution of their ownership stake and ensures they can continue to influence the company’s direction as it grows.
