Date of notice means the date upon which a notice of expropriation is in terms of the provisions of section 5(3) delivered, tendered or posted to a person or is in terms of the provisions of section 5(5) published in the Official Gazette and if such a notice is, in respect of the same property so delivered, tendered or posted and published, the date upon which it is so published;
