PADEP Municipal Wasteload Management Annual Report. The Concessionaire will assist and coordinate with the City relative to the preparation of the Municipal Wasteload Management Annual Report, also referred to as the Annual Chapter 94 Report, required under Title 25 Chapter 94 of the PADEP Rules and Regulations. The Concessionaire will prepare the historical data and develop the graphs and exhibits detailing historical flows and loadings, and projected flows and organic loading based on growth projections provided by the City. The Concessionaire will also prepare the report sections related to the condition of the system, the Industrial Pretreatment Program, new construction, and maintenance efforts, particularly related to infiltration and inflow reduction. The Concessionaire will also be responsible for obtaining current and projected flow and loading information from the contributing municipalities, as well as information related to the condition of the contributing municipalities’ respective systems, maintenance efforts performed particularly with respect to infiltration and inflow reduction efforts, and sanitary sewer extensions. All reports submitted to the City, except for those specific exceptions provided for by Section 708 of the PA Right to Know Act (Act 3 of 2008), will be made available to the public, upon request, in accordance with the requirements of the Act. For exceedances of effluent criteria related to regulatory discharge limits listed in Table B-1 or the Performance Standards listed in Tables B-2 and B-3, the report provided to the City will include the cause(s) of the noncompliance and measures taken to mitigate the violation and to prevent future violations In addition to the monthly reports, the Concessionaire will meet quarterly with the City to review the Concessionaire's performance any issues related to the operation and maintenance of the system.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011.
