Owner Warranty. The Owner represents that to the best of his knowledge and belief that the Vehicle is in sound and safe condition and free of any known faults or defects that would affect its safe operation under normal use.
Owner Warranty. The Lessor warrants that the Vehicle is in good condition and is free from any faults that may affect the performance of the Vehicle.

Owner represents and warrants that Owner: (a) is at least the age of majority in Owner’s state of residence (which is typically 18 in most U.S. states) and has the legal capacity to enter into the Agreement; (b) will use and interact with each NFT, including the Digital Object associated therewith, only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Agreement and all applicable laws, rules and regulations; and (c) will not use the NFT, including the Digital Object associated therewith, to violate any law, regulation or ordinance or any right of Licensor or any third party, including, without limitation, any right of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark and/or patent.
Owner Warranty. Section 10.01 – OWNER Warranty: OWNER hereby represents and warrants that OWNER has obtained all necessary authorizations and permissions to license the Boat to MARCHI for Charter Services and to conduct Charter Outings. OWNER hereby represents and warrants that OWNER has obtained all authorizations, permissions or licenses to permit MARCHI to perform the Services and to operate and use the Boat for Charter Services and Charter Outings. OWNER hereby represents and warrants that operation of the Boat by MARCHI shall not infringe upon or violate any ownership or contract rights of any third party.
Owner Warranty. You represent and warrants that: (a) you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence (which is typically 18 in most U.S. states) and have the legal capacity to enter into the Agreement; (b) you lawfully acquired your Dimension X NFT; (c) you paid the creator fees when acquiring your Dimension X NFT; (d) you are the sole and absolute owner of the private keys to the wallet address set forth in your signature block below and, to the extent that you co-own such wallet address with any other person(s), that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement on the behalf of such other person(s); (e) you will not use the Licensed NFT Artwork in any manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful; (f) you will not use the Licensed NFT Artwork in any manner that is in contravention of any applicable law, this Agreement or any right of the Creator or its affiliates, suggests sponsorship of or by, or association with, any third party; (g) you will not use the Licensed NFT Artwork in any manner that is detrimental to the Creator or its affiliates; (h) you will not carry out any act to sell or otherwise dispose of your ownership of your Dimension X NFT in a manner which circumvents the requirement to pay the creator fees; and (i) you are not, and will not, knowingly execute a transaction involving a Dimension X NFT or the Licensed NFT Artwork with any person who is (i) located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist-supporting country; or (ii) listed on any list of prohibited or restricted parties, whether on a list maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, any European Union member state, His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom or other relevant sanctions authority.
Owner Warranty. The Owner represents that to the best of his knowledge and belief that the Vehicle is in sound and safe condition and free of any known faults or defects that would affect its safe operation under normal use. The vehicle is handed over clean and with a full tank of fuel.
Owner Warranty. Owner warrants, represents and agrees that Owner is fully authorized to enter into this Agreement and has the right to grant to Producer the use of the Project as described herein and to grant each of the rights herein granted.
