Customer Warranty definition

Customer Warranty means, with respect to a given Project, the warranty and/or guaranty obligations made to the Customer in the Customer Agreement regarding the performance of the associated Facility. The Customer Warranties in each Project are described as “Customer Warranty” in each such Project’s Project Package.

Examples of Customer Warranty in a sentence

  • The Interconnection Customer shall, at its sole expense and promptly after notification by the Interconnected Transmission Owner, correct or replace defective work in accordance with Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards, during the Interconnection Customer Warranty Period.

  • The Interconnection Customer Warranty Period shall resume upon acceptance of such corrected or replaced work.

  • All Costs incurred by Interconnected Transmission Owner as a result of such defective work shall be reimbursed to the Interconnected Transmission Owner by the Interconnection Customer on demand; provided that the Interconnected Transmission Owner submits the demand to the Interconnection Customer within the Interconnection Customer Warranty Period and provides reasonable documentation of the claimed costs.

  • The warranty period for such corrected or replaced work shall be the unused portion of the Interconnection Customer Warranty Period remaining as of the date of notice of the defect.

  • In addition to the specific warranty described in Section 7.1, Manufacturer warrants that the products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of installation at customer's site (the "Customer Warranty Period").

  • During the Customer Warranty Period, Manufacturer will supply all parts used in servicing such products, excluding gas and disposable products and accessories.

  • Lightbend warrants to Subscription Customers only that, for a period of thirty (30) days following the date the Software is initially licensed by Subscription Customer ("Warranty Period"), the Software shall substantially conform to the description contained in the applicable Documentation.

  • Distributor shall provide all warranty service to the end user free of charge while the unit is covered during the Customer Warranty Period.

  • Customer Warranty Program contemplated in connection with Amendment No. 4, dated May 27, 2009, to the Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 31, 2008, between Parent, as borrower, and Sponsor, as the lender.

  • Nginx warrants to Customer only that, for a period of thirty (30) days following the date the Products is initially licensed by Customer ("Warranty Period"), the Products shall substantially conform to the description contained in the applicable Documentation.
