Lawful Purposes. Merchant will not, under any circumstance, engage in any Transaction, or use Card Acceptance and Transaction capabilities for selling goods and/or providing services prohibited by local, hyper-local, state, federal, international and other applicable laws included, but not limited to, the USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Consumer Protection Laws and the U.S. Tax Code. Merchant will not submit any Transactions prohibited by the Rules. Perpetrators of fraud or fraudulent Transactions will be referred to state and/or federal law enforcement agencies.
Lawful Purposes. 5.3.1 All Facilities placed by CLEC inAT&T’s Conduit and Ducts or onAT&T’s Poles, Anchors or Anchor/Guy Strands must serve a lawful purpose and the uses mdea of CLEC’s Facilities must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules, regulations, and requirements. In this regard, CLEC shall noutilize any Facilities cocupying or attached toAT&T’s Conduits, Ducts or Poles for the purpose of providing any services which it is not authorized by law to provide or for the purpose of enabling any other person or entity to provide any such services.
Lawful Purposes. You agree to not use or allow the Card to be used, in person or through electronic devices (including, without limitation, the Internet), to purchase any unlawful goods or services or for any unlawful activity (including, without limitation, participation in any gambling activities). We may decline to make any withdrawal actually known to us to be for an unlawful purpose. Display of a payment logo by an online merchant does not necessarily mean that a particular transaction is lawful in all jurisdictions in which a Cardholder may be located. You are responsible for determining whether any goods, services or activities for which the Card is used are lawful. If you or anyone you allow to use the Card uses it for any unlawful purpose, you agree not to make any claim against us with respect thereto. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all legal action or liability which may be asserted, directly or indirectly, against us arising out of or resulting from the illegal use of your Card.
Lawful Purposes. You may use our service and your device only for lawful, proper and appropriate purposes. You may not use our service or your device in any way that is illegal, improper or inappropriate. Crexendo in its sole discretion may determine what improper and inappropriate activities are.
Lawful Purposes. When the Company is served with due legal process requiring the delivery of Personal Information, it has the legal duty to abide by that demand, and will do so. The Company may also impart Personal Information if permitted or required to do so by law.

All facilities placed by Licensee in BellSouth's conduit and ducts or on BellSouth's poles, anchors or anchor/guy strands must serve a lawful purpose and the uses made of Licensee's facilities must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules, regulations, and requirements. In this regard, Licensee shall not utilize any facilities occupying or attached to BellSouth's conduits, ducts or poles for the purpose of providing any services which it is not authorized by law to provide or for the purpose of enabling any other person or entity to provide any such services.
Lawful Purposes. All Facilities placed by Licensee in AT&T’s Conduit and Ducts or on AT&T’s Poles, Anchors or Anchor/Xxx Xxxxxxx must serve a lawful purpose and the uses made of Licensee’s Facilities must comply withall applicable federal, state, and local laws and withall federal, state, and local regulatory rules, regulations, and requirements. In this regard, Licensee shall not utilize any Facilities occupying or attached to AT&T’s Conduits, Ducts or Poles for the purpose of providing any services which it is not authorized by law toprovide or for the purpose of enabling any other person or entity toprovide any such services.
Lawful Purposes. 11.1 AMCI and its End Users shall utilize the System, including without limitation, the Network and associated Services, only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable rules, policies and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and/or Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and those of any other federal, State, Provincial or local governmental bodies. It is expressly agreed and understood by the Parties that a breach of this Article 11 shall be deemed to be a Material Breach of this Agreement.
Lawful Purposes. I agree that I will use the Services for lawful purposes only, and in accordance with this Agreement, and the Tariff(s).
