Overtime on a Paid Holiday. In addition to Article 18.4, when an employee works on a paid holiday, the employee shall also be entitled to one (1) day's paid leave. For the purpose of this Article a day shall be considered seven (7) hours. In lieu of such paid leave, the employee may elect to be paid for such day at the employee's regular rate of pay. Any such paid leave shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreeable to the Employer and the employee, and may be accumulated in the same manner as in Article 18.6.

Overtime on a Paid Holiday. Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime on a paid holiday in excess of a full shift as defined by Article they shall receive twice their regular straight-time hourly rate for the time worked in excess of the full shift.
Overtime on a Paid Holiday. Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his/her regularly scheduled shift on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive double (2x) his/her regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime hours worked on the paid holiday.  Paid Holiday Employees working extended hours as per Article 13 of the Collective Agreement shall receive twelve (12) paid holidays to consist of seven and one-half (7 ½) paid hours each.
