The OVERTIME CONSIDERATION clause defines how overtime work is recognized and compensated within an employment or service agreement. OVERTIME CONSIDERATION. When authorized by Management, all time worked in excess of 7 (or 8 hours) daily and 35 (or 40 hours) weekly, or on a Statutory Holiday shall be considered overtime.
