OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE. Landlord shall maintain the landscaping, walkways parking areas and other outdoor facilities (including, without limitation, outdoor lighting) on the Land that serve the Building in a manner consistent with other first-class office and laboratory buildings in the greater Boston “Metro-West” area. Such maintenance shall include snow removal from the Land, including the walkways and parking areas.
OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE. The Tenant agrees to maintain any pedestrian pathways, building and landscape lighting, driveways and parking areas situate upon the Lands and Premises.
OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE. Grounds maintenance will be done monthly basis arranged by the Landlord. The grounds (front, side and back yards) will be maintained, as specified by the Landlord. Tree and shrubs will be trimmed, ground areas clear of weeds, lawn will be mowed to no less than 2 inches, routine fertilizing and pruning as needed dependent on season. All leaves, branches, dirt and debris will be cleared from walkways and sidewalks to maintain safe access. Unless agree upon by Landlord, no cutting down of existing trees, shrubs and plants. Landlord shall also have access to the backyard to care, maintain and harvest persimmon, apricots, orange and lemon fruits at her discretion and shall give 12 hours advance notice (via text or phone call) to Tenant(s) regarding time. Tenants may also harvest fruits and notify Landlord of intent (maximum 4 lbs total per week unless instructed otherwise by Landlord). Tenant has permission to plant additional vegetation in the front, side and backyard. / (INITIAL)
OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE. The Trimming of the trees and the hedges will be the responsibility of the landlord / the tenant, and the ground maintenance, removing weeds and cutting grass will be responsibility of the landlord / the tenant.   • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
