LAWN CARE Sample Clauses
The LAWN CARE clause defines the responsibilities and standards for maintaining the property's lawn and landscaping. It typically specifies which party—such as the tenant or landlord—is responsible for regular mowing, watering, fertilizing, and general upkeep of the yard. By clearly assigning these duties, the clause helps prevent disputes over property maintenance and ensures the outdoor areas remain in good condition throughout the term of the agreement.
