LAWN CARE. Tenant agrees to allow Landlord, without interference, to engage in chemical and mechanical lawn and/or grounds control measures within the Premises, building and/or grounds wherein the building is located. All houses designated as family houses will be responsible for their own lawn care cost and pruning. Tenants of Family Houses that do not properly maintain their lawn will be billed for lawn care in the amount of $50, as additional rent, to be paid no later than 7 days after service. Lawn maintenance can be added to your monthly rent for $50 per month. This option has to be added for the full lease term and not partial months. LAWN CARE year. After Landlord receives the electric company’s bills for each four-month period of Xxxxxx’s occupancy, Landlord will total the Tenant is Not responsible for lawn maintenance at their dwelling unit.
LAWN CARE. LESSEE agrees to maintain the grounds in a reasonable and prudent manner. LESSEE is responsible for all damage that any animal causes, regardless of ownership of said animal and agrees to restore the property to its original condition at LESSEE's expense. NOISE/WASTE: LESSEE agrees that he will not commit waste on the premises or maintain, or permit to be maintained, a nuisance thereon, or use, or permit the premises to be used, in an unlawful manner. LESSEE further agrees to abide by any and all City of Newark noise ordinances.

Tenant(s) is/are responsible for all lawn maintenance including, but not limited to, cutting, edging, trimming, weeding (inclusive, but not limited to flower beds), proper watering, fertilizing, and insect control to ensure that the lawn, trees, and shrubs are maintained. If Tenant(s) neglect(s) proper yard maintenance, the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent reserves the right to secure services of a professional lawn maintenance company, which will be hired to maintain property at the Tenant’s (s’) expense.
