GROUND MAINTENANCE. The Council will maintain the Land, and the area around the Land, in a reasonable condition.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. Major grounds maintenance will be the responsibility of the Government. The Government will also be responsible for the removal of all snow and ice buildup on the sidewalk and access areas around the dining facility including access to the dumpsters, not to exceed 50 feet from the loading/unloading platform and 20 feet from the dining facility entrance ways, as required by weather conditions. The Government will also cut grass, edge grass, clean, weed garden areas, and prune shrubs for the dining facility building.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. The Lessor will keep the land immediately surrounding the Building in a clean and tidy state.

GROUND MAINTENANCE. Tenant, at its own cost, shall maintain the grounds of the Premises, including but not limited to snow and ice removal, landscaping, mowing and any other maintenance necessary to preserve the ground of the Premises in the condition as of the Commencement Date. Upon expiration or termination of the term of this Lease, Tenant shall return the grounds of the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed on the Commencement Date.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. Landlord will install grass, shrubs, trees, pine straw, etc. (hereinafter called the “Landscaping”). Tenant agrees, at Tenant’s expense, to maintain the Landscaping as required by the Protective Covenants (as defined in Paragraph 43 below).
GROUND MAINTENANCE. 5.1 The Tenant will maintain the grounds of the Premises in a neat and tidy condition; which includes regularly cutting the grass.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. 3.1 Ground maintenance periods on shared grounds will commence the week commencing Monday 5 October 2020, unless competition fixtures allow an earlier start date.

The Facility should reflect favorably on the professionalism of both the County and the Station. The County shall be responsible for snow removal.
