Other Reimbursable Costs. The Manager shall reimburse Pine River for all other costs and expenses incurred by Pine River in connection with the provision of services hereunder, to the extent such costs and expenses are reimbursable by the Company to the Manager under the Management Agreement.

Authority shall provide and/or reimburse RTFC for the replacement cost of all necessary RTFC equipment and supplies expended, lost or damaged during the performance of Services performed under or related to this Agreement, including services provided to Authority as an RTFC Member, including without limitation, uniforms, consumables, safety and testing equipment, response vehicles and supplies. All materials for which reimbursement is required shall carry a 10% overhead charge.

Other Reimbursable Costs. Article 3.B(2) of the Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following: “Start-Up Training Costs associated with operating the Aircraft; provided, however, in no event shall Delta be required to reimburse Chautauqua for such costs in the aggregate in excess of (a) [ * ] multiplied by (b) the maximum number of Aircraft in service at any time during the Term; provided, however, that Chautauqua shall not be entitled to receive Start-Up Training Costs in respect of the Substitute Aircraft or the Temporary Substitute Aircraft.”
