Common use of Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Other Expenses. In addition to the compensation provided for above, the Company agrees to pay or to reimburse the Executive during his employment for all reasonable, ordinary and necessary, properly vouchered, business or entertainment expenses incurred in the performance of his services hereunder in accordance with Company policy in effect from time to time.

In addition to the compensation provided for above, during the Term, the Company agrees to pay or to reimburse the Executive during his employment for all reasonable, ordinary and necessary, properly vouchered, business or entertainment expenses incurred in the performance of his services hereunder in accordance with Company policy in effect from time to time. The Executive shall be entitled to the same class of travel as is consistent with the Company’s policy and practice as of the date of this Agreement.

In addition to the compensation provided for above, the Company agrees to pay or to reimburse the Executive during his employment for all reasonablereasonable travel, ordinary entertainment and necessary, properly vouchered, other expenses which the Executive may incur in regard to the business or entertainment expenses incurred in of the performance of his services hereunder Company in accordance with and subject to (i) the limitations of the Company's standard practices and policies and (ii) the Executive's presentation of such documents and records as the Company policy in effect shall require from time to timetime to substantiate such expenses.
