The Cumulative Sample Clauses

The Cumulative clause establishes that the rights and remedies provided under an agreement are in addition to, and do not replace, any other rights or remedies available by law or under other agreements. In practice, this means that if a party is entitled to a remedy under the contract, they may also pursue other remedies provided by statute or common law, such as seeking damages or specific performance, without being limited to just those listed in the contract. This clause ensures that parties retain the full spectrum of legal protections and options, preventing the contract from unintentionally limiting their ability to address breaches or enforce their rights.
