If applicable, include in the description, the administrative consolidations and shared components. Workforce Development System - Counties are encouraged to deliver their FSET components through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), One-Stop System, unless their local One-Stop Center cannot provide the service or a One-Stop Center does not exist in the area. Describe the county’s plans for delivering each of its FSET components through its workforce development system. If a particular component is not available locally through the workforce development system, discuss the source(s) the county will use to provide the component.
