Optional services and products. The following services and products will be made available to the Resident at his or her discretion and the Home’s fees or other charges for such services and products will be charged as additional fees on top of the Service Fee directly to, and shall be paid by, the Resident (or, if so indicated in the Agreement Details at the front of this Agreement, the Third Party Payer). The charge rates can be obtained on request from the Home. • Physiotherapy • Complementary therapies • Personal requirements, for example newspapers and toiletries • Dry cleaning • Excursions • Transportation (for example, to and from hospital, dentist, optician etc.) where the transportation is not provided by the NHS • Escort services for routine planned appointments • Escort services for emergency hospital visits (charging starting after a period of 4 hours has elapsed) • Visitor dining • Telephone, fax

Optional services and products. The following products and services are Optional Products and Services. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement SEI Trust is not providing these Optional Products and Services. SEI Trust shall commence providing these Optional Products or Services when the following two conditions are satisfied: (1) Customer provides written notice to SEI Trust that it is purchasing the product or service; and (2) the product or service is successfully implemented. If Customer provides written notice on or before THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF SEI TRUST Execution Version 130844 July 1, 2012 of its election to purchase an Optional Product or Service, Customer shall pay the fees identified below for such product or service. If Customer does not make such an election on or before July 1, 2012, and later wants to use any such Optional Product or Service, Customer shall pay SEI Trust’s then prevailing rate for such product or service, and the Agreement shall be amended to reflect such then current prevailing rates.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions set forth below and those contained in any attachment, the provisions set forth shall control unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and by signature and date on the attachment.   • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
