SEI Trust definition

SEI Trust means SEI Private Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of SEI Private Trust Company.
SEI Trust shall make cash payments from or for the Accounts of the Fund only for:
SEI Trust means SEI Private Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of SEI Private Trust Company that is qualified under the 1940 Act to provide the services contemplated.

  • The Fund reserves the right to instruct SEI Trust as to the method of registration and safekeeping of the securities of the Fund.

  • Neither SEI Trust nor its nominee shall vote any of the securities held pursuant to this Agreement by or for the account of the Fund, except in accordance with Written Instructions.
