Obligations of Agency. The debts, liabilities and obligations of the Agency shall not be the debts, liabilities and obligations of the Members.

Obligations of Agency. The Agency shall provide the services and be responsible for the activities as provided in Schedule A. The list of equipment and materials to be procured and provided by the Agency is provided in Schedule B. The list of manpower to be deployed by the Agency for carrying out its responsibilities under this Agreement is provided in Schedule C. The Agency shall get the log book entries verified and signed on a regular basis as required for reporting and monitoring. The Agency shall be responsible for raising correct invoices as per the schedule provided in the payment mechanism.

Agency shall: Use its best efforts to provide all supplementary information and documents reasonably required by the possible funding sources, including, without limitation, its financial statements, letter of determination respecting its tax-exempt status and listing of its Board of Directors; Monitor any grant application, provided Artist shall complete all documents, forms and related requirements at its own expense; and Exert its best efforts to apply the restricted fund, less the administrative fee, set up for Artist.
