Conveyance of Real Property. No state, municipal, or other --------------------------- governmental approval regarding the division, platting, or mapping of real estate is required as a prerequisite to the conveyance by Sellers to Buyer (or as a prerequisite to the recording of any conveyance document) of any Real Property and any Silt Reserves Real Property pursuant to the terms hereof.
Conveyance of Real Property. The Agency will convey the real property described to-wit: Lot 17, Greater Lexington Addition to the City of Lexington, Dawson County, Nebraska. Such conveyance is subject to the condition that the Developer shall commence construction on said real estate of a 6,800 square foot commercial building, associated access drive, off-street parking facilities, and landscaped areas as described in Exhibit A. Construction shall commence within 45 days of final approval of this Development Agreement. Developer shall complete construction within 12 months of the execution of this agreement.
Conveyance of Real Property. At or prior to this Closing, Arthxx X. Xxxxx xxxll have conveyed by general warranty deed the real property and improvements comprising the Artic Ice Corporation ice manufacturing facilities located at 335 X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx xx Surviving Corporation with a title insurance policy issued by a nationally known title insurance issuer insuring title to the real property in the amount of $600,000. The effect of the conveyance of this real property by Arthxx X. Xxxxx xxxl be to convey a fee simple interest in the aforementioned real property comprising the Artic Ice Corporation ice manufacturing facility to Surviving Corporation free and clear of any and all Encumbrances unless excepted to in writing by Surviving Corporation.
Conveyance of Real Property. The Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered to RCI a General Warranty Deed and any other documents necessary to convey good and marketable title to the Real Property, free and clear of all encumbrances. Company shall further deliver to Buyer all documents reasonably requested of Company, including without limitation a Vendor’s Affidavit and Certificate of Non Foreign Status;
Conveyance of Real Property. Prior to the Closing, the Company shall convey all of its fee simple interest in the property located at 126 and 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301 which is currently being marketed for sale (the “Xxxxxxx Street Property”) to a third party pursuant a purchase and sale agreement with covenants and indemnities mutually acceptable to Purchaser and Sellers (the “Real Property Purchase Agreement”).
Conveyance of Real Property. In lieu of condemnation, upon final execution of this Agreement, the City will convey the Property to the County and the County will accept the Property from the City by deed in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (herein the “Deed”).
Conveyance of Real Property. The Developer agrees that it will convey to the District at or prior to the Acquisition Date as determined solely by the District, by a special warranty deed or other instrument acceptable to the Board together with a metes and bounds or other description, the Real Property upon which any Improvements are constructed or which are necessary for the operation and maintenance of, and access to, the Improvements.
