Notification of Changes in Conditions of Employment. The Agency shall provide reasonable advance notice to the appropriate Union official(s) prior to changing conditions of employment of BUEs. The Agency agrees to forward, along with the notice, a copy of available information/material relied upon to propose the change(s) in conditions of employment. All notifications shall be in writing to the appropriate Union official, with sufficient information to the Union for the purpose of exercising its full rights to bargain.

The VA agrees to forward, along with the notice, all relevant information relied upon to propose the change(s) in conditions of employment, for the purpose of UAN exercising its full rights to bargain.   • CHANGES IN CONTRACT 5.1 The Purchaser shall have the right at any time to make changes in the design and/or the specifications of any or all of the Products or part thereof, delivery terms, scope or other provisions of the Contract, by means of a written notice to the Supplier. If in the Supplier’s reasonable opinion such changes affect the cost or time required for performance of the Goods and Services or any other provision(s) of the Contract, the Supplier shall notify the Purchaser promptly in writing, but in no event later than ten (10) days after the receipt of the Purchaser’s notice, including appropriate substantiation regarding the claimed impact of the change.   • CHANGE IN CONDITIONS Any changes to the condition of the site or work from the time of the proposal to the time when Company starts the work shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall immediately notify Company by email of any changes not previously disclosed regarding the setup or site conditions.   • GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT This Agreement is subject to all applicable laws of the State of California, the rules and regulations of the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the District, all of which shall be made a material part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as if set forth in full. This agreement shall prevail over any conflicting District rules, regulations, policies or procedures.
