Notification of Change of Assignment. The member will be notified as soon as possible when a decision is made to change an Extended Responsibility assignment and, upon request of the member, the Administration will provide a written statement of reasons for the change. If the member is not satisfied with the written response, the member may request an informal hearing with the Superintendent for the purpose of reviewing the change of assignment.
