Notice of taking leave. In line with Chubb’s operational requirements, and to enable annual leave applications to be processed within two (2) weeks of application, the Employee must give Chubb at least one (1) months notice, or less by agreement of the proposed leave commencement date. The period of annual Leave and commencement dates can’t be altered once the notice has been given unless the employee is notified prior. The employee if approached by management may agree to alter either the period of leave, date of commencement of leave or may elect to cancel. This can only be done by consultation and agreement by the employee.
