Original Signatures. A copy of this Agreement, which is signed and transmitted electronically, by facsimile, scan or telecopy machine shall be treated as and deemed to be an original document. The signature of any Party thereon, for purposes hereof, shall be considered as an original signature, and the document transmitted shall be considered to have the same binding effect as an original signature on an original document.
