Securities or Other Property means mutual funds, qualifying employer securities (as defined in ERISA Section 407) and guaranteed investment contracts.
Securities or Other Property means money, securities, and financial instruments of every kind and nature, and related contracts and options, distributions, proceeds, products, and accessions of all property. “We,” “Our,” “Ours,” and “Us” mean Jiko Securities, Inc. and its successor entities. “You,” “Yours,” “the Undersigned,” and the “Account Holder” mean the person(s) who accepts this Agreement by tapping "I agree" on the bottom of the screen on the Public Platform on which a link to this Agreement is provided.
Securities or Other Property means any property, real or personal, or part interest therein, wherever situated, including, without limitation, currency, governmental, corporate or personal obligations, trust and participation certificates, partnership interests, annuity or investment contracts issued by an insurance company, leaseholds, fee titles, mortgages and other interests in realty, preferred and common stocks, certificates of deposit, financial options and futures or any other form of option, evidences of indebtedness or ownership in foreign corporations or other enterprises or indebtedness or ownership, including Securities or other Property of the Company, even though the same may not be legal investment for trustees under any law other than ERISA.

  • Loss resulting from the Insured or anyone acting on the Insured’s express or implied authority, being induced by any dishonest act to voluntarily part with title to or possession of any Money, Securities or Other Property.

  • The Insurer shall pay the Insured for loss of Money, Securities or Other Property belonging to a Third Party where the Insured is legally liable for such loss, provided such Money, Securities or Other Property is in the care, custody or control of the Insured and such loss results directly from a Crime committed by an Employee which is first Discovered during the Period of Insurance or any applicable Discovery Period.

Securities or Other Property means property of any kind or nature, whether real or personal, tangible or Intangible, whole or part interest therein, wherever situated, without being limited to the classes of property in which trustees are authorized to invest trust funds by any law or any rule of court of any jurisdiction, including without limitation: currency, evidences of obligations or indebtedness of any person, trust or participation certificates, general or limited interests in partnerships, membership interests in any organization or other person, insurance or annuity contracts, guaranteed investment contracts, synthetic guaranteed investment contracts, bank investment contracts, leaseholds, fee titles, mortgages or other interests in realty, preferred or common stocks, American depositary receipts, certificates of deposit, evidences of ownership in joint ventures, swap contracts, futures and/or option contracts, short-selling programs, foreign exchange contracts, contracts for future or immediate receipt or delivery of securities or relating to the lending of securities or property and other derivative investments. the expenses and compensation of any such committee and any assessments levied with respect to Securities or Other Property so deposited;
Securities or Other Property means any properties, real or personal or mixed, including but not limited to, common or preferred stocks (including Company Stock), securities, or any other interest in any corporation, interests in investment trusts and mutual funds, bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness or ownership, first mortgages, real property, leases on real property, contracts to sell real property, contracts of sale of real property, short-term cash equivalents having ready marketability, including but not limited to U. S. Treasury bills, commercial paper, certificates of deposit, savings shares or savings share accounts of savings and loan associations, and similar type securities, and any other property of any kind or nature -whatsoever.

In no event may an Asset Manager invest in securities (including stock or rights to acquire stock) or obligations issued by the Company, other than a de minimis amount held in common investment vehicles in which such Asset Manager invests. All rights associated with assets of the Trust shall be exercised by the Asset Manager or the person designated by the Asset Manager, and shall in no event be exercisable by or rest with Plan participants. When acting hereunder, except as provided otherwise by this Section 8.2 hereof, Asset Manager shall have the following powers with respect to any and all monies and Securities or Other Property at any time held by Trustee and constituting part of the assets of the Trust hereunder:

  • Securities, documents or other written instruments means original (including original counterparts) negotiable or non-negotiable instruments, or assignments thereof, which in and of themselves represent an equitable interest, ownership, or debt and which are in the ordinary course of business transferable by delivery of such instruments with any necessary endorsements or assignments.   • invalid carriage or other vehicle means a vehicle propelled by a petrol engine or by electric power supplied for use on the road and to be controlled by the occupant;

  • Related Futures or Options Exchange for the Index means an exchange or quotation system where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Calculation Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the Index.

  • Security Held or to be Acquired by a Fund means (1) any Covered Security that within the most recent 15 days (a) is or has been held by one of the Funds or a mutual fund sub-advised by MCM; or (b) is being or has been considered by a Fund or MCM for purchase by the Fund or a mutual fund sub-advised by MCM; and (2) any option to purchase or sell, and any security convertible into or exchangeable for, such a Covered Security.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Investment Related Property means: (i) all “investment property” (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) and (ii) all of the following (regardless of whether classified as investment property under the UCC): all Pledged Equity Interests, Pledged Debt, the Investment Accounts and certificates of deposit.

  • Cash or Cash Equivalents means (a) cash; (b) marketable direct obligations issued or unconditionally guaranteed by the United States Government or issued by an agency thereof and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States, in each case maturing within one (1) year after the date of acquisition thereof; (c) marketable direct obligations issued by any state of the United States of America or any political subdivision of any such state or any public instrumentality thereof maturing within ninety (90) days after the date of acquisition thereof and, at the time of acquisition, having one of the two highest ratings obtainable from any two of S&P, Moody’s or Fitch (or, if at any time no two of the foregoing shall be rating such obligations, then from such other nationally recognized rating services as are reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent); (d) domestic corporate bonds, other than domestic corporate bonds issued by Borrower or any of its Affiliates, maturing no more than two (2) years after the date of acquisition thereof and, at the time of acquisition, having a rating of at least A or the equivalent from any two (2) of S&P, Moody’s or Fitch (or, if at any time no two of the foregoing shall be rating such obligations, then from such other nationally recognized rating services as are reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent); (e) variable-rate domestic corporate notes or medium term corporate notes, other than notes issued by Borrower or any of its Affiliates, maturing or resetting no more than one (1) year after the date of acquisition thereof and having a rating of at least A or the equivalent from two of S&P, Moody’s or Fitch (or, if at any time no two of the foregoing shall be rating such obligations, then from such other nationally recognized rating services as are reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent); (f) commercial paper (foreign and domestic) or master notes, other than commercial paper or master notes issued by Borrower or any of its Affiliates, and, at the time of acquisition, having a long-term rating of at least A or the equivalent from S&P, Moody’s or Fitch and having a short-term rating of at least A-2 and P-2 from S&P and Moody’s, respectively (or, if at any time neither S&P nor Moody’s shall be rating such obligations, then the highest rating from such other nationally recognized rating services as are reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent); (g) domestic and foreign certificates of deposit or domestic time deposits or foreign deposits or bankers’ acceptances (foreign or domestic) in Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Euros or Yen that are issued by a bank (I) which has, at the time of acquisition, a long-term rating of at least A or the equivalent from S&P, Moody’s or Fitch (or, if at any time no two of the foregoing shall be rating such obligations, then from such other nationally recognized rating services as are reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent) and (II) if a domestic bank, which is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; (h) overnight securities repurchase agreements, or reverse repurchase agreements secured by any of the foregoing types of securities or debt instruments, provided that the collateral supporting such repurchase agreements shall have a value not less than 101% of the principal amount of the repurchase agreement plus accrued interest; and (i) money market funds invested in investments substantially all of which consist of the items described in clauses (a) through (h) above.

  • Property of another means real or personal property in which a person other than the offender has

  • Security Held or to be Acquired means any Security or any equivalent Security which, within the most recent 15 days: (1) is or has been held by the Fund; or (2) is being considered by the Fund or its investment adviser for purchase by the Fund.

  • Negotiable Collateral means all of Borrower’s present and future letters of credit of which it is a beneficiary, drafts, instruments (including promissory notes), securities, documents of title, and chattel paper, and Borrower’s Books relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Property means any interest in any kind of property or asset, whether real, personal or mixed, or tangible or intangible.
