Common use of Normal Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Normal Hours of Work. 7.1 Your normal hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. You acknowledge that your duties may require you to work additional hours as required from time to time and that you are not entitled to any additional remuneration for any such additional hours worked. For the purposes of the Working Time Regulations 1998 you agree to opt out of the 48 hour maximum working hours per week.
