Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. For purposes of this Section 11.10 only, the term “agent” shall include all appointed agents and Representatives. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that each may have access to the names and identities of agents of each party as a result of performing their respective obligations under this Agreement, and that each may establish close working relationships with such persons. Therefore:
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. Xxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that during his/her employment, and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the Date of Termination, Grantee has not and will not, directly or indirectly, whether on behalf of the Grantee or others, solicit, lure or attempt to hire away any of the Company's employees or agents.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. The Employee will not, for 12 months following termination of employment, directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any other person or business entity of any type, hire or attempt to hire any employee, agent or agency, broker, broker-dealer, financial professional, registered principal or representative who is, or during the 6 months preceding the Employee’s termination of employment was, employed or associated with the Company or one of its Subsidiaries.

During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Termination Date, Employee shall not directly or indirectly induce or attempt to induce any of the employees or representatives of the Company, its subsidiaries or affiliates to leave the employ of or association with the Company, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or solicit the business of any client or customer of the Company, its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Executive acknowledges and agrees that both during his/her employment and for twenty-four (24) months after the last day of his/her employment with the Company, Executive has not and will not, directly or indirectly, whether on behalf of Executive or others, solicit, lure or attempt to hire away any of the Company’s or its affiliates’ employees or agents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section shall not prevent Executive from soliciting an employee or agent that has since discontinued all business dealings with the Company.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section shall not prevent Employee from soliciting an employee or agent that has since discontinued all business dealings with the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. Xxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that during his/her employment, and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Date of Termination, Grantee has not and will not, directly or indirectly, whether on behalf of Grantee or others, solicit, lure or attempt to hire away any of the Company’s employees or agents with whom Xxxxxxx has material contact or managed in a direct line management capacity in the period of twelve (12) months prior to the Date of Termination or who had Material Contact with Customers in performing his/her duties of employment with the Company. The following provision replaces Section 2(h) of the Confidentiality Provisions:
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. Commencing on the effective date of this Agreement and for a 12-month period after its termination for any reason (the "Restricted Period"), Contractor shall not directly or indirectly solicit, encourage or induce any person who provides services to SIRVA, whether as an employee, consultant, independent contractor or agent, or any entity which provides services to SIRVA under an agency relationship (including, without limitation, under a relationship governed by an Agency Contract) to terminate his, her or its relationship with or services for SIRVA and shall not directly or indirectly, either individually or as owner, agent, employee, consultant or otherwise, employ or offer employment to any person who is or was employed by SIRVA unless such person, agent or entity shall have ceased to provide services to SIRVA or to have had a legal relationship with SIRVA for a period of at least six (6) months. Contractor further covenants and agrees that, during the Restricted Period, he shall not solicit any business that is competitive with SIRVA from any person or entity who has entered into an agency relationship (including, without limitation, a relationship governed by an Agency Contract) with either Allied Van Lines, Inc., North American Van Lines, Inc., and/or Global Van Lines, Inc.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. Consultant during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending one year after the termination of the Consultant's contract with NDH for any reason, the Consultant shall not directly or indirectly induce or attempt to induce any of the employees or representatives of NDH to leave the employ of or association with NDH, or solicit the business of any client or customer of NDH.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. Xxxxxxx agrees that, during the Term and for the 24-month period following the Exit Date, he will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit or induce any employee, officer, agent or independent contractor of Interface to terminate such party’s engagement with Interface so as to work for any person or business; provided, the restrictions set forth in this Section will only apply to employees, officers, agents or independent contractors, who were employed or engaged by Interface within the 12-month period ending on the Exit Date.
