Legal Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as creating a partnership, trust arrangement, joint venture, agency, employment relationship or any form of legal relationship between the parties beyond contractual obligations.
Legal Relationship. 11.1 Nothing herein shall create or imply any employment, principal-agent, joint venture or partnership relationship between GEL on the one hand, and MDT on the other.
Legal Relationship. 33.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed so as to create a partnership or joint venture between the parties or have the effect of making any employee of any one party a servant of any of the other parties. Neither party shall act or describe itself as the agent of the other nor shall it make or represent that it has authority to make any commitments on the other's behalf.
Legal Relationship. The Park Board and the Association are independent contracting bodies, not legal partners nor joint employers, nor are they in a landlord-tenant relationship. This Agreement is being entered into between the parties to create certainty around the roles and obligations of the parties with respect to their respective operations at the Jointly Operated Facilities and to permit the Association’s use of and operations at the Jointly Operated Facilities, including for the provision of Programming and services to the public through the Jointly Operated Facilities for the benefit of the residents of City of Vancouver. Through this Agreement, once fully executed, the Park Board is granting to the Association the rights set out herein, including the right to non-exclusive use and occupation of the Jointly Operated Facilities and use of the Common Spaces, on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
Legal Relationship. 17.1 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create the relationship of principal and agent, employer and employee, partnership or joint venture between the parties.
Legal Relationship. Consultant is an independent contractor of Board and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to constitute Consultant and Board as partners, joint ventures, or principal and agent, or be construed as requiring or permitting the sharing of profits or losses.
Legal Relationship. The Parties to this Agreement execute and implement this Agreement solely as Seller and Buyer. No partnership, joint venture or joint undertaking shall be construed from this Agreement.
Legal Relationship. Where the Certificate Holder has a direct contractual relationship with a QuoVadis Group company, which is different from the organization named in the relevant QuoVadis Issuing CA Certificate, this Certificate Holder has legal rights and obligations to both the QuoVadis contracting company and the organization in the relevant QuoVadis Issuing CA Certificate. Information provided as part of the certificate generation process, including but not limited to the certificate content and in some cases registration data may be shared within the QuoVadis Group in order to process the certificate.
Legal Relationship. 68.1 The Design-Builder is an independent contractor and not the servant, employee, partner or agent of the Owner.

Nothing contained in this Lease shall be deemed or construed by the parties hereto or by any third party to create the relationship of principal and agent, partnership, joint venturer or any association between Landlord and Master Tenant. Landlord and Master Tenant expressly agree that neither the method of computation of rent nor any act of the parties hereto shall be deemed to create any relationship between Landlord and Master Tenant other than the relationship of Landlord and Master Tenant.
