Non-Profit Organizations. 1. For qualifying non-profit organization rentals that do not involve beer, wine or liquor, fees are discounted by 50% upon proof of non-profit status; all discounted fees are non-refundable. Discounts shall be limited to no more than six per calendar year per organization.

The Recipient agrees to purchase a blanket fidelity bond covering all officers, employees and agents of the Recipient holding a position of trust and authorized to handle funds received or disbursed under this contract. In accordance with the Community Services Commission’s facilities use policies and guidelines a non-profit organization is defined as an organization or civic group whose sole purpose is to plan, coordinate, produce an activity, provide a service or operate a specific function for the City of Sierra Madre or qualified charitable organizations in accordance with IRS, Section 501( c )3.
Non-Profit Organizations. Use of public facilities for the purpose of generating personal financial gain is prohibited. Use of the facilities for the purpose of raising funds for non-profit organizations is accepted provided the non-profit organization furnishes a valid Federal Tax Identification Number and Non-Profit Status issued by the State of Washington and have prior approval by the Parks Director. The user is prohibited from charging any type of admission or entry fee requirement in rental facilities owned by the City of Marysville. RCW 42.17.555 prohibits use of public facilities for the purpose of directly or indirectly assisting in the campaign for election to public office. Damages: The user will be responsible for all breakage and damage done to furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment and damage to the building or utilities.

Non-Profit Organizations. Non-Profit organizations holding an event that requires at least two consecutive days will be eligible for 100% reductions on fees. Any Non-Profit or Governmental Entity will receive a 50% reduction in fees; by providing their Non-Profit status paperwork. The organization must be located in the City of Truth or Consequences, or their work must benefit the City and/or its residents. The organization must also state the purpose of the event and how the revenue will benefit the citizens of Truth or Consequences.
Non-Profit Organizations. CONTRACTOR shall award grants to eligible non-profit organizations on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications will be accepted by CONTRACTOR during a three-week period. Grants will be limited to one grant per non-profit entity. Awardee must certify that grant funds received will only be used for eligible expenses connected to the COVID-19 emergency and not be spent on an expense that has been funded by any other funder. Awardee must also provide an IRS form W-9.
