Type of admission definition

Type of admission means the manner in which a person entered into the custody of the Department of Corrections, according to the internal definitions used by the Department of Corrections.

  • Designated Eurodollar Market means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, the London Eurodollar Market.

  • Serialization within the part, lot, or batch number means each item of a particular part, lot, or batch number is assigned a unique serial number within that part, lot, or batch number assignment. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier.

  • Eurodollar Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Loans.

  • License Type means the type of license granted be it a perpetual license or subscription license for a specified duration, such information being as specified in the Notification Form.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Revolving Loans.

  • Eurodollar Market means a regular established market located outside the United States of America by and among banks for the solicitation, offer and acceptance of Dollar deposits in such banks.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Borrowing Tranche means specified portions of Loans outstanding as follows: (i) any Loans to which a Euro-Rate Option applies which become subject to the same Interest Rate Option under the same Loan Request by the Borrower and which have the same Interest Period shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche, and (ii) all Loans to which a Base Rate Option applies shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche. Business Day shall mean any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or a legal holiday on which commercial banks are authorized or required to be closed for business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and if the applicable Business Day relates to any Loan to which the Euro-Rate Option applies, such day must also be a day on which dealings are carried on in the London interbank market.

  • Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans.

  • Request for Borrowing means a written request for a Borrowing substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Euro-Dollar Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Group of Loans means, at any time, a group of Loans consisting of (i) all Committed Loans which are Base Rate Loans at such time or (ii) all Euro-Dollar Loans having the same Interest Period at such time; provided that if a Committed Loan of any particular Bank is converted to or made as a Base Rate Loan pursuant to Article 8, such Loan shall be included in the same Group or Groups of Loans from time to time as it would have been in if it had not been so converted or made.

  • Eurodollar Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its "Eurodollar Lending Office" opposite its name on Schedule I hereto or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which it became a Lender (or, if no such office is specified, its Domestic Lending Office), or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Borrower and the Agent.

  • LIBO Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBO Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Component part means covered item as listed on the “What Items are Covered?” page.

  • Eurodollar Banking Day means any Banking Day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and among banks in the Designated Eurodollar Market.

  • Nearest Place of Safety means a location determined by the Designated Security Consultant where:

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • Component System means, as of its relevant License Effective Date, each Listed System and each Support Function that is part of the Licensed System and, subsequent to a relevant License Effective Date, such Listed Systems and Support Functions as they may be changed as provided in subsection (b) of the definition of Licensed System.

  • Eurocurrency when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate.

  • SOFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the SOFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.
