Noise and Loud Music.  All attendees must be considerate of businesses surrounding the conference center.  Any behavior or activity considered disruptive or harmful to adjacent businesses must honor any request to cease. Music for the purpose of entertainment or dancing may be permitted with prior approval from Techniplex.

Low volume music for the purpose of entertainment may be permitted with prior approval from MB Real Estate. General Rental Information • Michigan Plaza, LLC and MB Real Estate will not assume responsibility or liability for personal property and equipment brought onto or left on the property. • An Authorized representative, from the rental party, must remain on the premises throughout the period it is reserved. • This is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking area are available on the exterior of the building. According to Illinois State Law, no smoking is permitted within 25 feet of a public exterior entrance. • No pets are permitted inside or outside of the facilities on the property. • Michigan Plaza, LLC and MB Real Estate do not supply ladders, extension cords, or any other told for the applicants use. • Any matters not specifically covered in this agreement shall be subject solely to the direction of Michigan Plaza, LLC and MB Real Estate. Michigan Plaza, LLC and MB Real Estate should have full power in the matter of interpretation, amendment and enforcement of all said policies, and any such amendments when made and brought to the notice of the applicant shall be and become part of hereof as though duly incorporated herein and subject to each and every one of the terms and conditions herein set forth. The undersigned, xxxxxx agrees to be responsible for any damages to the facilities occurring and by this uses, and agrees to take responsibility of all the conduct of all persons attending their function. The applicant also agrees to indemnify Michigan Plaza LLC and Aegis Asset Management LLC including all subsidiaries, respective partners, ventures, agents, representatives, servants, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, successors, and assigned of such beneficiaries: Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, MB Real Estate Services Inc., including subsidiaries and affiliates. Any behavior or activity considered disruptive or harmful to adjacent businesses or other lodge guests must honor any request to cease. Music for the purpose of entertainment or dancing may be permitted with prior approval from CML management. General Rental Information ● Cable Mountain Lodge will not assume responsibility or liability for personal property and equipment brought onto or left on the property. ● An authorized representative, from the rental party, must remain on the premises throughout the period it is reserved. Groups composed of youth (under the age of 18) must be supervised at all times by at least one adult for each sixteen (16) youths. ● This is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are available. According to Utah State Law, no smoking is permitted within 25 feet of a public entrance. ● No pets are permitted inside or outside of the facilities on the property. ● Cable Mountain does not supply ladders, extension cords for the applicants use. ● One key to the Conference Room entry doors may be provided to an authorized representative upon request.   • Board and Lodging Article 9.01 The Company will provide Board and Lodging when an employee cannot reasonably return to his/her place of residence at the conclusion of the working day or shift. Employees who elect to provide their own Board and Lodging shall be provided an allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00) in lieu of same. Employees who elect to provide their own accommodation shall receive the aforementioned allowance each day they are assigned and report at the work location that attracts a room and board requirement.

  • Travel, Meals and Lodging When provided for in the Mini-Bid and resultant Authorized User Agreement, an Authorized User may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be paid that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as part of a deliverable specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with that associated Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets may not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost-effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor shall provide evidence of three (3) written or telephone price quotes, and the paid invoice must detail the type of vehicle rented, miles traveled, license plate number, and time of pickup and return. The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for reimbursement, by personnel for travel in performance of the services.

  • Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.
