No Salary Reduction. The salary of an employee shall not be reduced except as required by Clause (Initial Placement) or in situations where an employee is the applicant for a lower paying position or as required by a change in duties or responsibilities in the existing job position. If a substantial reduction in duties and responsibilities in the employee's existing job position is anticipated, the Board agrees to consult the Union prior to implementing such reduction. Pay Days Salary and wage payments for all employees are to be made by means of "direct deposit" on a biweekly basis. Each employee shall make the necessary arrangements with the Board and his or her financial institution to facilitate the above deposit. In the event that satisfactory arrangements cannot be made with the employee's financial institution the Board reserves the right to pay the above salary and wage payments by way of cheque. Payroll Savings Plan The Board shall administer a Canada Savings Bond Payroll Deduction Plan, Qualification Upgrade and Salary Adjustment Educational Assistants, Campus Youth Workers and School Attendance Counsellors who have met the requirements for placement at a higher qualification category on the salary schedule shall be entitled to a salary adjustment effective from the first day of the month following the month in which the requirements for the higher category were completed, provided that the eligible supplies to the Manager of Human Resources Services the required documentary proof within days following the date the requirements were met. ARTICLE TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT An employee shall be reimbursed as follows for the expenses incurred in authorized travel within Renfrew County:

  • Annual Salary Review In December of each year throughout the TERM, the annual salary of the EMPLOYEE shall be reviewed by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS and shall be set, effective January l of the following year, at an amount not less than $106,500, based upon the EMPLOYEE'S individual performance and the overall profitability and financial condition of the EMPLOYERS (hereinafter referred to as the "ANNUAL REVIEW").   • Voluntary Reduction The Borrower shall have the right at any time and from time to time, upon at least five (5) Business Days prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, to permanently reduce, without premium or penalty, (i) the entire Revolving Credit Commitment at any time or (ii) portions of the Revolving Credit Commitment, from time to time, in an aggregate principal amount not less than $3,000,000 or any whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.   • Salary Benefits and Bonus Compensation 3.1 BASE SALARY. Effective July 1, 2000, as payment for the services to be rendered by the Employee as provided in Section 1 and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2, the Employer agrees to pay to the Employee a "Base Salary" at the rate of $180,000 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments.   • Salary Review All salaries below the maximum of a band shall be reviewed annually.

  • Retroactive Pay All employees shall receive full retroactive pay to May 21, 2021 for all hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.

  • Voluntary Employee Contributions (i) Subject to the governing rules of the relevant superannuation fund, an employee may, in writing, authorise their employer to pay on behalf of the employee a specified amount from the post- taxation wages of the employee into the same superannuation fund as the employer makes the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b).
