Lockout. There shall be no lockout of employees during the life of this agreement. The layoff of employees covered by this Agreement for any economic reason shall not be construed to be a lockout for purposes of this Agreement.
Lockout. The Department will not lock out any employees covered hereunder as a result of a labor dispute or any other disagreement with the Association.
Lockout. (The following clause will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provision related to No Lockout that existed in the Hospital's expiring collective agreement:)
Lockout. Includes the closing of a place of employment, a suspension of work or a refusal by the Employer to continue to employ a number of Nurses done to compel the Nurses, or to aid another employer to compel its Employees, to agree to terms or conditions of employment.
Lockout. There will be formal lock out training for the plant. The basic training will be the generic training package from the Workers’ Health and Safety Centre. Plant Management from each location will review the plant’s specific lock out procedures with the Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Joint Health and Safety Committee may discuss the procedures with the Plant Management and develop them further to meet their requirements. There shall be an effective lockout/tagout program in the plant and all employees required to work on machinery, equipment, or systems where lockout is required shall receive training in accordance with this program. Users of plant lockout will receive an annual review not to exceed two (2) hours in addition to the basic eight (8) hour program.
Lockout. In the event of a lessee's lockout, the landlord reserves the right to assess an $80.00 fee for re-entry. Additionally, lessee shall be responsible for any costs incurred for the replacement of locks resulting from lost, misplaced or unreturned keys upon move-out. After hours lockouts will be handled exclusively through and payment directly made to Bill’s Key Shop at (000) 000-0000. Tenant agrees to return and be liable for any and all key(s) or fob(s) within two (2) days of lease end date or a $75.00 fee will be charged for each missing item. There is a $30.00 fee for the issuance of duplicate keys or fobs during the term of the lease.
Lockout. The Employer agrees that it will not lock out any Employee during the term of this Agreement.
Lockout. There will be no lockout of employees in the unit by the State during the term of this Agreement.
Lockout. There shall be no lockout of employees by the City as a consequence of any dispute arising during the period of this Agreement.
Lockout. The City will not lock out any Employees during the term of this Agreement as a result of a labor dispute with the Union.
