No Defect Found. If a duly reported alleged defect cannot be confirmed as such by JABIRU or its authorized distributors and/or dealers and therefore no repair or replacement will be necessary, the owner shall bear all costs accrued in connection with the examination and transportation of the alleged defective item.
No Defect Found. If Flextronics is unable to find any defect, or reproduct a malfunction, (a “Defect”) in a component or material returned by INFOCUS under warranty after using reasonable efforts to do so, the parties shall cooperate in good faith to find the cause of such Defects and take remedial measures. INFOCUS will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that only “known defective” Products are returned to Flextronics as part of a warranty claim. Parties to agree to a reasonable quantity of “No Fault Detected” returns that are inadvertently returned to Flextronics as a percentage of all returns for a given model. INFOCUS agrees to reimburse freight costs associated with NDF returns for any quantity exceeding the agreed to percentage.

If Venture is unable to find any defect, or reproduce a nonconformity to the warranty set forth above (a "Defect") in a component or material returned by an Iomega Purchaser under warranty after using reasonable efforts to do so, the Parties shall cooperate in good faith to find the cause of such defects and take remedial measures. If Venture's examination of the returned Product discloses that there are no defects as a result of workmanship or parts as per clause 12.2 or the defects were caused by accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper testing, improper installation or improper use, (i) Venture shall return such Product to the relevant Iomega Purchaser at such Iomega Purchaser's risk and (ii) Iomega shall pay Venture the expenses incurred by Venture in connection with the return to Venture and shipment to the Iomega Purchaser of the returned Product.
No Defect Found. If the Customer has claimed a defect in the Supplied item without there actually being a defect, or if a defect present is not attributable to Matrix42, Matrix42 shall be entitled to demand a flat rate sum of EUR 100 for inspection expenses.

(a) Where the percentage of all items of Equipment returned to Lucent pursuant to clause 16.6(a) with No Defect Found is less than or equal to 15% of all items of Equipment returned to Lucent in any 3 consecutive months, Lucent will advise the Telstra Contract Administrator in writing of that percentage and, if practicable, the nature of the No Defect Found. Lucent will provide reasonable assistance to Telstra so that Telstra may determine the reason for such items of Equipment being returned to Lucent.
(b) Where the percentage of all items of Equipment returned to Lucent pursuant to clause 16.6(a) with No Defect Found is greater than 15% of all items of Equipment returned to Lucent in any 3 consecutive months, Lucent may invoice Telstra for the reasonable direct costs incurred by Lucent in determining those items of Equipment had No Defect Found.
No Defect Found. In the event you return a product to Dymin Systems for service under this Plan and, as determined by our sole discretion, no breakdown listed in Section 3. WHAT IS COVERED is found or the product is otherwise determined not to be covered under this Plan, you will be responsible for current Diagnostic Fee charges and, if applicable, return shipping charges.
