Equipment Returned Clause Samples

Equipment Returned. Any return shall be in accordance with this Agreement, whether returned upon termination of this Agreement or at any other time, and shall be in its original packaging and in a condition which is saleable pursuant to ▇▇▇▇▇▇' normal commercial terms and shall be delivered at Reseller's expense, to manufacturer's warehouse where such equipment was delivered to Reseller.

Equipment Returned. Within ninety days of the date hereof, Purchaser shall cause the equipment identified on Exhibit A to be returned to such location as Seller may instruct Purchaser in writing. Purchaser and Seller agree and acknowledge that the equipment identified on Exhibit A is owned by and property of Seller or one of its subsidiaries other than one of the Companies.

Equipment Amount Unit of Measure Condition/MEID # & PHONE NUMBER iPhone with wall charger Each iPhone car charger with 12-volt adapter Each iPhone vehicle mount Each Each Contractor’s Signature Date VDOT Representative Date Company Name is a corporation or other business entity with the following SCC identification number: partnership, or business trust -OR- -of-state business entity that does not regularly and continuously maintain as part of its ordinary and customary business any employees, agents, offices, facilities, or inventories in Virginia (not counting any employees or agents in Virginia who merely solicit orders that require acceptance outside Virginia before they become contracts, and not counting any incidental presence of the bidder in Virginia that is needed in order to assemble, maintain, and repair goods in accordance with the contracts by which such goods were sold and shipped into Virginia from bidder’s out-of-state location) -OR- -of-state business entity that is including with this bid an opinion of legal counsel which accurately and completely discloses the undersigned bidder’s current contacts with Virginia and describes why those contacts do not constitute the transaction of business in Virginia within the meaning of § 13.1- 757 or other similar provisions in Titles 13.1 or 50 of the Code of Virginia. Contractors that plan to enter into an agreement with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) should follow the instructions and checklist below to ensure that all requested information is received by VDOT in a timely manner. Requested information not provided may cause your firm for not entering into an Agreement with VDOT.

Equipment Returned. The Agency shall ensure that all such equipment is returned to the appropriate government Agency, whether federal, state or City, upon written request of the City.
