IT Systems Support Sample Clauses

The IT Systems Support clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining and troubleshooting information technology systems within an organization or between contractual parties. IT Systems Support. Supplier agrees to facilitate the communication and system logic links of specific IT functions and data bases with Powerwave systems including but not limited to quality and shop floor control systems, documentation and ECO control systems, advanced shipping notices and inventory and order management systems. Supplier will conform to information technology standard industry practices to ensure the security of intellectual property both residing at Supplier and communicated externally to/from Powerwave. Supplier and Powerwave will jointly develop web based systems to improve communications.
IT Systems Support. Flextronics agrees to facilitate the communication and system logic links of specific IT functions and data bases with INFOCUS systems including but not limited to quality and shop floor control systems, documentation and ECO control systems and inventory and order management systems. Flextronics will conform to Information Technology best practices to ensure the security of intellectual property both residing at Flextronics and communicated externally to/from INFOCUS, and to conform to the service level agreement specified in Exhibit I.
IT Systems Support. FUNAI and INFOCUS shall timely communicate with each other with reasonable frequency sufficient to meet the requirements of the relationship established herein, through English-language, web-enabled system logic links of specific IT and databases including, but not limited to, quality, shop floor control systems, Product and Process Documentation, ECO control systems and inventory and order management systems. FUNAI and INFOCUS shall conform to the most productive use of IT to ensure the security of intellectual property owned by FUNAI and/or INFOCUS and/or communicated externally to/from FUNAI and/or INFOCUS, and to provide the service support as agreed herein.

To the extent that any system integration activities are required to enable the foregoing, the parties will cooperate to perform such integration activities in accordance with a mutually agreed statement of work and costing.

To the extent that any system integration activities are required to enable the foregoing, the Parties will cooperate to perform such integration activities in accordance with a mutually agreed statement of work. The Parties acknowledge and agree that until Venture completes the implementation of its IT infrastructure in Penang as contemplated by EXHIBIT H (IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND SUPPORT), that the Product pricing will not include any charge for Venture's IT costs.
