Freight Costs definition

Freight Costs has the meaning given to such term in Section 6(c).
Freight Costs means all costs, charges and taxes charged by a carrier in connection with the delivery of Transaction Livestock to a Delivery Location.
Freight Costs means the costs of loading, shipping, transporting and delivering the Products from Supplier’s manufacturing or distribution location to the relevant Delivery Point.

More Definitions of Freight Costs

Freight Costs means the actual freight costs, directly associated with any shipment in the month of March and/or April 2023, incurred by Noble Chartering Limited prior to the date of Completion under the Volta Alumina Sales Contract and passed through to NRIPL;
Freight Costs means all direct and indirect costs, expenses and other amounts paid or incurred by Gold in connection with the pick-up, shipment, delivery or other transportation of Distiller’s Grains to the Gold customer in question, including freight, insurance, express bills and terminal fees. If the Reimbursement Amounts and the Freight Costs equal or exceed the sale price for any particular Distiller’s Grains, it will be commercially reasonable for Gold to fail to submit a Purchase Order to Producer for those Distiller’s Grains. Subject to Sections 3, 9 and 38, and to possible extension as provided in Section 5(b), Gold shall pay Producer for Distiller’s Grains which have been delivered to Gold during a given week (i.e. Sunday through Saturday) so that the payment is received by Producer on or before the second (2nd) following Friday which follows the close of the week in question. Each payment shall be accompanied by a summary which identifies the Distiller’s Grains which are the subject of the payment and which includes the gross sales prices, the F.O.B. Plant Prices, the Reimbursement Amounts and the Freight Costs for each shipment of such Distiller’s Grains.
Freight Costs means the cost to a shipper of a contract of carriage as defined by the Sea- Carriage Documents Act 1998 (Vic) including any handling, loading or discharging charges to or from a ship incidental to the contract of carriage, but it does not include, in connection with the contract of carriage:

Related to Freight Costs

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Transportation Costs means costs of travel as a fare paying passenger in any Common Carrier Conveyance other than a taxicab.

  • Freight means the remuneration payable to the carrier for the carriage of goods under a contract of carriage.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • O&M Costs as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

  • Patent Costs means the reasonable fees and expenses paid to outside legal counsel, and filing, maintenance and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses paid to Third Parties, incurred in connection with the Prosecution and Maintenance of Patent Rights.

  • Sales Costs means all costs, direct and indirect, associated with a foreclosure sale by the City, including but not limited to: county recording fees, title reports or other means of identifying persons with interest in the property, title insurance, service and notification, publication and advertising, posting, sale, and staff salaries, including benefits and overhead.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Overhead costs means the actual costs incurred or the estimated costs to be

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Crew Support Costs means all expenses of a general nature which are not particularly referable to any individual vessel for the time being managed by the Managers and which are incurred by the Managers for the purpose of providing an efficient and economic management service and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include the cost of crew standby pay, training schemes for officers and ratings, cadet training schemes, sick pay, study pay, recruitment and interviews.

  • Manufacturing Costs means the costs of Processing that generate Manufacturing Proceeds received by Grantor.

  • FOR Destination costs means the cost of equipment and material at the consignee’s stores. The cost is exclusive of Excise duty, Sales Tax and other Local Taxes, but is inclusive of packing, forwarding and insurance and freight charges.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

  • Exploration Costs means costs incurred in identifying areas that may warrant examination and in examining specific areas that are considered to have prospects that may contain oil and gas reserves, including costs of drilling exploratory wells and exploratory type stratigraphic test wells. Exploration costs may be incurred both before acquiring the related property and after acquiring the property. Exploration costs, which include applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of exploration activities, are:

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.
