Names of Members. Each Member acknowledges and agrees that the Fund may, in its sole discretion, disclose the name(s) of one or more of the Members to governmental entities and in connection with security clearances and as required by other applicable law or regulations.
Names of Members. 8.2 The Union shall supply the Company with the names of the Committee Persons and all other Union officials and shall keep such list up to date.

The name of each Member is set forth on the signature pages hereto and the name, address and Capital Contribution of each Member are set forth on the records maintained by the Company at its offices for such purpose. If necessary, such records shall from time to time be amended to reflect any changes to the information set forth therein.

Such exhibit shall be prepared and amended by the Manager(s) from time to time upon the admission of new Members, the payment of Additional Capital Contributions, or as otherwise required hereunder.

Names of Members. Subject to the following sentence, the names, addresses, Capital Contributions and the number and class of Units of each Member are set forth on SCHEDULE A, as such Schedule shall be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Any reference in this Agreement to SCHEDULE A shall be deemed to be a reference to SCHEDULE A as amended and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Members acknowledge that the membership interest issued to the Managing Member hereunder is in exchange for certain advisory services provided and to be provided to or for the benefit of the Company in connection with the purchase, holding and disposition by the Company of the Select Shares, and further acknowledge that, except for the Managing Member's capital contribution of $1,000 to the Company, the Managing Member is not required to make a capital contribution for its membership interest.
Names of Members. The names of the Members are set forth on the attached Schedule of Unitholders, as amended or restated from time to time.
Names of Members. The names and respective Membership Interests of the current Members are set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The attached Exhibit A shall be amended by the Company from time to time as of the effective date of any transfer or subsequent issuance of a Membership Interest permitted by this Agreement, or as the Members’ Membership Interests may otherwise be adjusted pursuant to this Agreement.
