NAME PROTECTION. The Vendor has not consented to the adoption of a similar name by another person, nor granted any licence of or any right to use (other than in respect of Esphion Japan and a Group Company), the name of the Vendor or any word or words forming part of the name of the Vendor.

NAME PROTECTION. At the Closing, QES shall cause QDS to execute and deliver to Purchaser (i) an assignment of trademark for the trademark "Questar Educational Systems", Registration Number 2908243, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office December 7, 2004, sufficient to transfer ownership of such trademark and all rights thereto to QES; (ii) such other documents and instruments as will be necessary to transfer all domain names, URL's, web sites and other intellectual property related to the Business, properties and assets of QES, in each case in form and substance acceptable to counsel for Purchaser; and (iii) the Intellectual Property Assignment and Usage Agreement in the form of Exhibit P annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
NAME PROTECTION. 11.1 The Purchasers agree that save as stated in any Transaction Document no member of the Purchasers’ Group is purchasing, acquiring, licensing or otherwise obtaining any right, title or interest in, to or under any intellectual property belonging to or used by any member of the Sellers’ Group including the namesGSI Group”, “GSI Group, Inc.”, “GSI Group Limited”, “GSI Group Corporation”, “GSI Group Europe GmbH”, “GSI Group Japan Corporation”, “GSI Group Precision Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.”, “Laser Quantum”, “Synrad”, “Cambridge Technology, Inc.”, “MicroE”, “Westwind”, “JADAK”, “NDS”, “Dome”, “Applimotion” and “Photo Research” or any trade xxxx, service xxxx, logo or business name, corporate name, trading name or other name related thereto or employing any of the foregoing or any derivation or variation confusingly similar to the foregoing (such corporate or business names, trading names, other names, trade marks, service marks, and logos collectively, the “Sellers’ Group Names and Marks”).
NAME PROTECTION. Shareholders and/or Corporation shall have reserved use of the names: RACOM, RACOM Information Technologies Corporation, RACOM Southwest, Government Services, Inc. and Business Micrographics Corporation in form and content satisfactory to Buyer.

  • Eye Protection Approved eye protection shall be supplied to individual prescription to all employees who normally wear glasses and are required to wear eye protection for an appreciable amount of time in the performance of their duties.

  • Income Protection All workers will be covered by the extended Incolink Leisure Time Insurance and Income protection Scheme which provides defined weekly payments ($500 per week to workers with dependants, $400 per week to workers without dependants) for up to a maximum 104 weeks in the event of an extended work absence arising from any personal illness or injury (whether or not work related). The costs of this benefit will be shared between Incolink and the company on a 30/70 basis. Agreed premium costs will be: Incolink - $2.10 per week/worker Employer - $4.90 per week/worker It is a condition of the company’s agreement to provide this benefit that premium costs be maintained at not more than the February 1998 equivalent. In the event of premium costs escalating, the parties are agreed that the benefits table will be revised downwards so as to contain premium costs within the agreed limits. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee. In the event the company does not maintain the above policy, the company will be liable in full to pay equivalent benefits to an employee who meets eligibility criteria as set out in the policy document.
