Group Corporation definition

Group Corporation means an Alaska Native Group Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alaska as a business for profit or nonprofit corporation to hold, invest, manage and/or distribute lands, property, funds, and other rights and assets for and on behalf of members of a Native group in accordance with the terms of this chapter;
Group Corporation means a corporation that is a member of a corporate group (whether because it is the parent corporation or subsidiary of another member of the group);
Group Corporation means the Corporation, and any of its subsidiaries or a corporation which is an affiliate of the Corporation within the meaning of the Securities Act (Quebec) as the case may be;‌‌
