Monitoring Group. 1. The Parties shall designate their representatives to a Monitoring Group established pursuant to this MOU. Eleven of these are managed by Lambeth Living with the remaining four managed by United Residents Housing. A tenant management organisation is a means by which council residents and leaseholders can collectively take on responsibility for managing their homes. The resident members of the tenant management organisation create an independent legal body and usually elect a resident led management committee to run the organisation. The tenant management organisation can then enter into a legal management agreement (contract) with the landlord. The tenant management organisation is paid annual management and maintenance allowances in order to carry out the management duties that are delegated to them. The services managed by the tenant management organisation vary with local circumstances but may include day to day repairs, allocations and lettings, tenancy management, cleaning and caretaking. All the current tenant management organisations including United Residents Housing are expected to endorse and implement the general guidelines and standards set out in the compact but they may also wish to develop their own local compact.   • Mentoring Program It is recognized that the induction of new teachers through a formalized mentoring program will help to promote excellence in teaching and improve student achievement. The focus of this program will be to build a supportive environment for new teachers within the context of school improvement.   • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing.
